Processing Times

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because some of our items are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are generally shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs and any available shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Happy Little Finds as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
